Majors - 12U & 11U

The most experienced level of GC baseball, played on 50/65 diamonds and recommended for coed 11 and 12 year old players. Official baseball rules apply, but implements of some special rules as necessary for the development and welfare of this young age group. Games consist of six innings or 90 minute time limit. In order to encourage the league to train more pitchers. There are rules that set the maximum number of innings a pitcher may pitch in a calendar week.

Ages

Players born between 5/1/2012 and 8/31/2014.

Players born between 5/1/2014 and 8/31/2014 will have the choice of playing Majors or Minors

When

Games will take place twice a week during the months of June and July. Registration is open from early January to mid-April.

Where

Games are played at Plamann Park fields 1 & 2

Practices

Practices are determined by individual teams.

Games

Games will be played on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Jerseys

Team jerseys are provided. Jersey size is requested during the registration process.

League Fees: $75

Fundraising/Buyout*: $100

Processing Fee: $4.56

Due at Registration: $179.56

*You will have the ability to raise money to recover the fee listed, however it will be due at signup.

Volunteering

Each family is asked to donate 3 hours to the organization. If you would prefer, there is an option to buyout of the volunteer hours for $75.
